Lisa Denburg is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University. A triple major in professional writing, creative writing and technical writing, she started her career in corporate communications and public relations and then worked for a non-profit for 15 years writing newsletters and grants. While helping her two daughters navigate the college admissions process and editing their essays, she found her true passion and started her own college consulting business. Throughout the years, Lisa has helped hundreds of high school students from all over the country (as well as grad students) get into their dream schools while developing a true rapport with them and taking the onus off of the parents!
